How to box small items for FBA?
Hello
I’m going to trial FBA. My items are small and I’ve applied the FNSKU label to each item. Is it ok to then place say 100 of these items into a plastic clear bag rather than them being loose in the shipping box? If so, is it advisable to put say “QTY: 100” label on the plastic bag?
I’m probably over thinking this but I understand Amazon are very strict on how shipments are received, and also how easy it is for warehouse workers to mess things up. I want to avoid that, but having the items in a plastic bag makes packing easier/neater, and should make unpacking at the warehouse easier also.
Thank you

That is exactly how you need to do it. In a plastic bag with number on the outside.

Using a none recycable plastic ag may be rejected depending on person unpacking as it does not meet requirements.
All items sent into amazon need to be recycable packing as per the T&C’s so its your risk.
We have similar we send these small wooden products in usually around 200 but with them been solid we just put them in with other items and kinda use them as additional packing to fill the box

I wouldn’t put your products inside a bag, for standard FBA.
Far better if you can get small boxes, within the main box.
Otherwise are very likely to just treat the bag as one item.
I think someone else mentioned, but you might want to consider using small and light, if the items are small enough.
