My inventory in Lost by Amazon FBA, I send the delivery note from DPD, Invoice and packing list. When I go to the shippment, it was receiving before, now it says Received 0. so my inbound quantity is GONE. My Inventory is GONE !!! See

Just to confirm that your parcel has been received at Amazon and confirmed delivery by DPD and now is saying 0 received?
Are the units prime eligible or are they still being moved around to other fulfilment centers?
is the parcel eligible for investigation? (the on or before date will be shown on the shipment events page)
Wait for the shipment to close then you are able to reconcile any discrepancies on the shipment. Amazon will then either find the items or reimburse you.
Sometimes though you are unable to reconcile discrepancies on a shipment. If this is the case you will need to raise a case with seller support and fight to get your reimbursement.
Just to note that often Amazon will find lost inventory before the shipment closes
Same thing happens to us sometimes, it means it is being moved to other warehouses, sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks.
Sometimes the inventory shows under the actual page of the item, check also that.
We experienced a similar issue with our inventory. After it was marked as reserved, the inventory count was suddenly changed to "0" and marked as "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed." I opened a case to dispute this (Case ID: 10035547752), but unfortunately, Seller Support provided no real assistance, only offering copy-pasted responses.
It seems like Amazon frequently loses shipments and holds the sellers accountable for these discrepancies.

Checking on Shipment ID FBA15J248ZSQ, I see the shipment is still in Receiving status and I currently see 263 units received.
