Amazon lies about IP infringements & counterfeit, I have evidence
PLEASE READ THE WHOLE MESSAGE
Just wanted to post this experience so that others can see how Amazon lies and makes false accusation of IP infringements.
So I got the below notice from Amazon, as you can clearly see, Amazon claims Samsung reported the infringement to Amazon and they therefore too appropriate action and removed my listing and suspended my account for in authenticity.

Now when I contacted Samsung, they checked there system and told me NO infringement has been reported by Samsung and asked me for the serial numbers of the accused infringement item, Samsung immediately confirmed the items were LEGITIMATE!!!

Dear Mr. (i’ve removed my name),
Thank you for your e-mail and forwarding us the e-mail that you have received from Amazon.
Please note that we have checked our system and can confirm that we have not reported your ASIN.
However, since you have already received that e-mail we have contacted Amazon and asked them to reinstate your account.
Kind regards,

I told Amazon this immediately and Amazon replied with the usual “Your appeal has been denied as you have not provide sufficient evidence”, lmao what more evidence than sending the emails from Samsung?, only when Samsung reported this to Amazon then at that point they reinstated me.
Oh and btw, Samsung has admitted to me, that Amazon has done this before and has been told, so why does Amazon continue to do this?
Samsung Reply:
Dear Mr. (i’ve removed my name),
Please note that we have contacted Amazon and asked them to re-instate your ASIN immediately.
We have had cases like this in the past as well and Amazon has already been informed.
I suggest you contact them directly and solve this issue with them.
Kind regards,

The whole moral of this…
Amazon tells lies and suspends people falsely claiming “brand owners” are reporting trademark infringements, when clearly the IP owner is not actually reporting anything.
DISGUSTING AMAZON!!!
