Expected delivery date
Hello,
We dispatch all of our FBM orders same day (if ordered before 2pm) and most get delivered next day. However we recently noticed that this is not translated in the estimated deliverey of our products, I’ve attached a picture of where this is displayed.
I’ve spoken to AZ and they told me to update our shipping policies but they are already set to the minimum (we offer 1 Day Delivery and 2 Day Delivery, transit time and handling time are set to the minimum 1-2 days).
Is there anything else we can do to make the estimated delivery date more accurate? Does this happen on the next page when a customer makes a purchase?

Notwithstanding that presumably that’s an old image, Amazon will sometimes extend estimated delivery dates to avoid buyer disappointment. They say they have a range of data they use to make that decision and there isn’t much you can do if you’ve already amended your handling times etc.
All the products i looked at were saying delivery 7-8th July for delivery to Leeds, 6-7th for Plymouth. That date didn’t change when making a purchase.
