Hi
I have used BIL to expand my UK listings into EU marketplaces. I have also uploaded language specific images onto those EU listings i.e. I rewrote all text on the EU images into French, German, Spanish etc.
I am finding that the 'Live on Amazon' images for the EU listings are incorrect. Essentially all EU listings (DE,FR,IT and ES) ALL show the ES language images. In other words the specific language images I have uploaded onto each EU listing seem to be overridden by ES language images. I've removed and uploaded the images several times on each marketplace but they do not show.
Can someone advise please how to fix this? Thank you

I think images need to be global but text can vary for each region.
Technically you are not supposed to have text in images - it should only be the product and product packaging if applicable.
Hi
Thanks for replying. I searched further using your 'global image' term and found a way to do this (I haven't tried it yet, but suspect it will work)...
Brand owners can now create localised images in all Amazon stores with the Country-Specific Upload tool in Image Manager.
Localised images can be more relatable to customers and help them to make better purchase decisions. For example, you can upload an image that contains text in the local language.
To use the tool, follow these steps:
Go to Catalogue and select Upload images.
In the Bulk image upload section, click Upload here to access the Country-Specific Uploadtool.
Click or drag your image into the Upload images section and select your desired country from the drop-down menu.
Click Submit images.
To use this tool, you must have an active listing on the store you want to target. Images that are uploaded with this tool aren’t guaranteed to be displayed on the product detail page instead of global images.
Leverage the Country-Specific Upload tool to help simplify your global expansion.
