as far as we were aware it is domestic only, or out of China shipments for VTR. Is it all countries that are being pulled in?
That's crazy. Yes, they shouldn't be included. VTR is still supposed to be for Domestic shipments only.
When did it start happening?

Dropping in to say we're having the same issue here - spent an hour talking with Seller Central yesterday, and they kept telling me we were missing valid information and not understanding that this is because they are shipments that shouldn't be included. Currently waiting for a response to my case - Id is 9881910472

can you help with this my vtr is at 11% because of overseas items they should not be included in vtr

Hi just so you know you are not alone we are facing this issue aswell. All international orders sent since around 11th May that are in scope of our current VTR report are showing invalid tracking.
We are sending these orders via DG4 which is one of royal mail airmail large letter services. We are posting the customs tracking number to Amazon aswell.
This seems to be fixed for us now what about everyone else ?
