Owning a brand and kicking third party sellers off our listing?
We own the trademark and are registered with the Brand Registry on Amazon.
A third party seller has jumped onto one of our listings selling our product and we would like to kick them off our listing as they do not have the rights to sell.
We’ve tried contacting Amazon Support who were not helpful. Is there a contact email for the Brand Registry we can try? Or what other avenue should we go down?

In your brand register page you can enter the asin number and this will bring up the other seller selling. From there report it as a violation.

use brandregistry.amazon.co.uk and report a violation through that page.

Unfortunately you will need to buy the item from the third party seller.
We had the same problem and tried to use the brandregistry.amazon.co.uk report a violation process but found that the only way to do this is to have an order number showing that you have purchased the fake item.
In all fairness to amazon once we provided the order number and confirmed that the other seller had no rights to use our brand they were taken off the listing in about 10 minutes
