Jobalot auction item selling on amazon( United Kingdom)

I’m very much a beginner to amazon FBA, I brought some brand new items from jobalot uk auction portal.
I wanted to get info whether I can sell these items in amazon. If I can, can it be sold as new or used ( like new) ?

They’d need to be sold as used- like new as there is no valid supply chain in amazons eyes
