I'm just wondering if anybody else has the issues we have constantly.
We apply for Brand approval, get approval and then some months/weeks later our privileges are removed without any reasoning or us knowing.
This usually causes some of our Parent/Child SKU's to get search supressed due to missing "Color" which is untrue and has been fine for months and selling.
Then we have to go through the same process jumping through hoops getting brand approval and uploading multiple flat files to fix the color fields and Parent/Child relationships again. I sell a lot of slippers, and this happened on the 30th of November last year causing us to lose £1000's in sales as it took days to fix.
I'm fine with the brand approval needing renewing (as frustrating as it is), but is anyone at Amazon aware of the other issue where once you remove brand approval to a seller it breaks certain fields for no apparent reason?
I should mention these are exclusive lines to ourselves for the most part, so there are no other sellers on most listings and no data contributions from other people to cause issues.
Yes I get this sometimes where I create a variation listing and all of a sudden I lose ASIN listing privileges for the brand and my items go to suppressed.
It wouldn't be so bad if the brand approval process was straight forward and took just a matter of hours. However it normally takes several days with emails backwards and forwards requesting the same information time and time again.
