opened new account and charged 30 pounds and also received OTP without my consent
I just opened a seller account and i was been asked to verify bank details with 1 pound, however next morning i was charged 30 pounds and received an email that they will keep charging me till the remaining balance is paid in full. i also received a random OTP.
can anyone please help?

As soon as you click on the orange button on the sign-up page you are agreeing to the £30 professional selling plan - you need to read the small print under the button !! (£25.00 +VAT).
So you do not pay any more until your account is fully verified you can downgrade the selling PLAN (NOT account type) to individual by going to Account info - manage your services - and clicking on the individual button. They need to take a small amount to verify your bank details, but it is not actually taken (or possibly refunded - I can't remember the exact process).

I agree with the guidance provided by @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid- in that this sounds like the subscription charge for the Professional Selling Plan being applied. If so, you can look to the instructions on this help page for downgrading your selling plan. You may also be interested in this context on how the two-step verification process works, though if that does not help address your concerns over receiving an OTP, I would recommend creating a case with our seller support team for some account specific troubleshooting!
