Buyer Fraud Negative Feedback Mod Help Please

ORDER ID- 114-7364724-0145844 CASE- 17355282581

Hello, Buyer returned to us a product we have never sold before used and really dirty. Because we have never sold this product before and it was obviously really used, we filed a Safe T Claim. Amazon found the buyer at fault and charged them. The buyer completed fraud trying to abuse the return system to get an automatic refund and then we are punished with a negative feedback when they are charged. This customer also hassled us through the messaging system knowing what they did trying to get a refund. This is very upsetting to see people take advantage of the system with these abusive behaviors then Amazon customer support did not want to investigate this buyer. In the case we submitted photo evidence of what the buyer returned, also please review messaging.
