We have received 1 Star Rating on our Product (Parent ASIN B0D4YQ5B86). We cannot find out this Rating is based on which Order, and what exactly is the issue with the Product for this Rating. We Raised case with Seller Support (10049744412), and we have been informed as follows:
"1. Both verified and unverified buyers can leave ratings without a review. However, when it comes to distinguishing between verified and unverified ratings without a review, Amazon's current system does not display this differentiation on the product detail page. This means buyers cannot see whether a rating (without a review) is from a verified purchase or not.
2. If you believe a rating is unfairly impacting your product due to factors unrelated to the product itself, such as delivery issues, you can report this for further investigation. Unfortunately, Amazon does not currently provide a direct link to report ratings without reviews. However, you can use the following process to report unfair ratings and reviews:
* If you see reviews that you think are inappropriate or fake, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. This Report abuse option is available on the detail page within the reviews section.
* Alternatively, you can also write an email to "community-help@amazon.ae" regarding the removal of the review."
Above response clearly indicates that there is a loophole in the Amazon Ratings system (Rating only without review), which can lead to misuse and unfair disadvantage for the Sellers.
We have sent email to "community-help@amazon.ae" yesterday but are yet to get a response. We apprehend this Rating may be by an Unverified Buyer who has never used our Product, or maybe related to Delivery Experience. We request to investigate this Rating, as it is unfairly impacting this ASIN - sales have nosedived, and it has been disqualified from any Future Deals as well.
