We stopped getting sales for the Music Category, so I looked closely at our account yesterday and it seems that suddenly our entire catalog is showing "Featured Offer Eligible" NO for seemingly no reason. We haven't had any negative feedbacks, no A-Z claims, no late shipments, no chargebacks.... Suddenly out of the blue we lost Featured Offer Eligibility for all of the listings at once.... Please manually review our Feature offer eligibility please.

Maybe it's due to delivery dates. As, I can see the other seller is shipping faster than you.

I know you have shared the ASINs above, but I was wondering if you have escalated to Selling Partner Support about this issue first?
