hello everyone
I am going through verification as to whether I am a UK resident or not, as everyone else does.
However, the review took about 1 month.
Since I did not accept the warning on my home page, I thought the review was not completed and accepted that warning.
and my payments were stopped
I uploaded the last document on April 30th
I wrote from everywhere
I made a phone call
What I don't understand is that no matter what I do, I always stay in the same place.
I gave what was asked of me on the same day, I have no other job and my payments, credit cards and loan debt continue...
I want to believe that everyone is treated equally in this regard, but while everyone returns to their normal lives within a week, I, who do whatever is asked, cannot get results for a month.
I want to believe in Amazon's justice, but while accounts with more than 10 violations do not face any problems, this seems like injustice to me, with no violations on the page that does everything properly.
I saw that Simon and other friends helped some friends here and that's why I'm writing, can you please help me too?

You will not receive the UK VAT amount in your disbursements and will not be required to remit these amounts to the UK Tax Authorities.
If you qualify for UK establishment: Please submit the necessary documentation. Our review process will be completed within 3 days. Upon verification of your UK establishment, your Amazon sales proceeds will become eligible for disbursement according to your disbursement schedule, typically within 24 hours. Furthermore, if your Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) inventory was held, it will be ready for removal within 48 hours.
If you do not meet the UK establishment criteria: Confirm that you are not established in the UK. In this scenario, documentation submission is not required, but you will need to resolve any outstanding VAT payments.

I know why you're being held
I have been sending documents constantly as I have not received a response since April 18.
I just wanted to know what's wrong with this
I received a message that the documents I sent yesterday are being reviewed, so I'm waiting again right now.
My problem is, while everyone else solves it within 1 week, waiting for 2 months made me nervous and I started to think something was wrong.
The last documents I sent were reviewed one by one with my accountant....
I request that the verification team check the documents and get back to me.

That seems to suggest that Amazon collect and pay VAT on all U.K. sales, even for those businesses wholly U.K. based. Have you missed something out?
