The complaint was successfully resolved, but the ASIN was removed

Last week, I received a complaint from a buyer about a product on my account performance status page. I have appealed this issue, submitted evidence, and taken measures to change my listing. Finally, this complaint has been resolved and the account performance was back to normal. But now I am suddenly informed again that the ASIN has been removed because of this complaint. Are u kidding me? Help!

As you mentioned back on 3/4/25 you were advised the ongoing with with this listing was resolved, however the violation received once again. Although I understand this situation can be very stressful due to the conflicting information and after having put in all the work to resolve it originally. I have since reached out to the appropriate teams to inquire on your recent appeals and their decision.

Our review teams confirmed this was associated to ASIN: B0DQ83J2CH and was due to a damaged/defective concern. They have also advised that this ASIN has since been reinstated back on 3/8/25. Sometimes these updates and actions can take 24-72 hours to take full effect, so I wanted to confirm with you if the situation is currently resolved. If you are still seeing an inactive listing, or the related policy violation please follow up with screenshots of what you're seeing so I can continue to work with our teams on any necessary resolutions that need to be taken.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
