New account suspended! So frustrating!
I registered a new account this morning and it was immediately suspended due to ‘section 3’ and found that I had an old account I registered years ago when I was like 18 years old but never sold anything.
My old account isn’t letting me registered for an individual seller account, it has a preselected US market business seller account which is asking me to pay the fee in order to setup the account but I cannot change anything!
I have tried to contact support on both accounts all morning and I get a template response everytime saying that my account is suspended and I’m emailing the wrong channel. I can’t even close the new account because I’m suspended, which is just ridiculous really lol I should be able to close an account wether is suspended or not.
So I’m stuck in this limbo situation where I can’t close my new suspended account or even get any help, in order to reapply with the old one.
I even contacted Amazon Customer Support as if I was a customer and they said they’ll book in a phone call and then I immediately got an email to say ‘case closed due to suspension’. Clearly they just refuse to deal with any suspended accounts.
At this point it would be easier for me to just sell on eBay which I am considering right now

I’m afraid you can’t just close down a suspended account and open a new one, that is open for terrible abuse. You could flood Amazon with fake crap make a few thousand, get caught close the account, open a new one and repeat
