The customer did not receive the item 3 times
Dear client and amazon administrator
We see what client has ordered 3 times our product and each time is writing that ia has not get it . But international delivering tracking information shows that it was delivered to him. Post Company is writing information that is was deliver to hands.
Could ypou please explain to us how iot is possible that client didint got product and ordering 2 times again and writing what it has not get products.
We think that the client is behaving in a dishonest way.
Maybe somebody could explain what to do?

Stop sending orders to that customer! If they order again cancel the order and mark as address non-deliverable. Report suspicious activity to Amazon via the help link above
