OBA Click & Drop technical difficulties with manifest
Got a warning today when I signed into click & drop for OBA. It says manifesting has been disabled. It continues to say they will provide emergency manifests. How do you obtain an emergency manifest?
I don’t want to print up all my labels only to discover that I can’t manifest them without calling the premium rate number at an extortionate price, or waiting hours on an email. If click and drop produces it normally then fine, but it’s very unclear as to how exactly I can obtain one of these emergency manifests.
If I can’t get a manifest online and drop off as usual I’d rather just post over the counter. Has this happened to anyone before, how does one obtain an emergency manifest? And will it cause delays with my mail bags? It’s bank holiday weekend, delays are a very bad idea right now.

Just go though the process and it provides an emergency manifest and number once you have completed manifest.

So quick update I managed to do it. I just ran the manifest normally and it printed up normally. Only difference was that the manifest number was longer than normal and started with E- . I hope this doesn’t cause any delay with the mail bags, but I suppose I’ll find out if it does!

Just run as normal, and it produces the emergency one automatically for you, this started a couple of days ago.

OBA still down. In order to fill in the emergency form, I need to know my OBA Posting Location Number. Apparently it can be found on previous orders. I don’t have any copies of previous orders. It’s not on my monthly invoices. Anyone know where I can find this?

Luckily we use Linnworks and it produces the emergency manifest for us, without us having to go through the OBA site and do an emergency manifest ourselves.
It was down for us Thursday and Friday too!
