Dear Amazon team,

We are facing major issue on amazon with regards to verification this i the most critical issue and it should be addressed immediately, since we have already submitted all the valid docs required to sell on amazon, there is no clarity being given to us as sellers where we have given everything to be checked and verified by amazon and amazon being unable to verify the same docsw which has been available on the internet itself.

@Seller_mIRnuhdx7l5sN today, you updated the thread regarding shipments to EU changes - and then deleted your post

Shipments that were valid or exempt previously are now invalid on the VTR defect report according to a few sellers - which isn't supposed to happen yet according to the VTR policy that states the changes are effective 15th January - add on EDD plus 10 days from 15th Jan - which means that even if the policy has been changed again and they are now invalid, they still shouldn't be on the VTR defect report for another week or so.

I know there was a glitch last week when the tech team made some changes, but whatever they changed, its now causing shipments that should be valid or exempt, to be invalid

When are we going to get a proper update from you and can you confirm there will be no category suspensions whilst the powers that be actually get on the same page - and then give us the correct page !

We use Royal mail shipping service and Royal mail collect our parcel. However we want to try Amazon Shipping Service but do not know to set up collection for our parcel. Can any one help me with information to set up collection with Amazon. Thanks
