Account reactivaton - can anyone help please?
I am a private seller but accidentally put I was selling multiple copies of a book instead of one copy. Amazon thought I was a business seller suspended my account. I appealed and won and have submitted all my verification documents which have been accepted but my account it is still deactivated. I have sent emails which take me back to the appeal lodging stage, I have tried to speak to someone and have been promised phone calls and emails back which have never happened. I am quite new to Amazon selling - what do I need to do please?

When you say private seller, do you mean you have an Individual Seller account (the legal entity), and not a Business seller account ? If it is an Individual Account (and that is not the same as individual selling plan), then you cannot list items as 'new' otherwise they will assume you are a business. The Individual account is only for selling off your own personal second-hand items. Unfortunately seller support are not very good at doing what they say they will, such as returning emails and phone calls. Have you checked your account health for any notifications ?
