Work flow for faulty returns with Instant Replacement
I did a quick search and scan of other topics and the policy and am wondering if I am missing something. We currently have 2 faulty returns where the buyer return damaged and/or different products, but have already received instant replacements. The Safe T Dashboard says 'not eligible' and apparently the returns will never be 'eligible' since the product was replaced at no charge. Can someone please direct me to the path for reimbursement under this new way of handling returns and replacements?

For clarification, are you filing the reimbursement claim for the replacement order or for the original order? Please note that the there is a 60-day timeframe to file the claim after receiving the original item or after a refund is charged to your account for the original item.
