Action required: compliance requirements email but no items

Hi
Wonder if anyone can help please.
I’ve had an email headed
Action Required: compliance requirements for your product listings
And it goes on to say in the email I have products that have compliance requirements and if I don’t submit documents they will be removed etc.

However, when I go to the page in seller central there are no products listed under the heading compliance requirements.

Heart skipping beats still as it looks a genuine email.

Have had the same. Thought I’d wait until tomorrow to see if anything shows up overnight.

Had one a few months ago with one product but it was a wrong assessment and once button was clicked it got corrected after a few weeks.

go to - Performance - Account Health and look at the bottom of the page on the right hand side and it states -

I’ve received one today from Amazon UK and one from Amazon Italy with 6 pages of toys we’re mostly not selling but were still in our inventory, not sure what to do as there’s no way to provide documentation for them all, will try closing all the listings that we’re not currently selling. On the other hand it may be one of Amazons weird glitches that will get corrected in a day or two. It sasy the documentation not needed until 8th Feb so will wait a bit.

I got the email and have 21 items that need documentation showing under account health. I thought it was fake at first as I had no messsages from amazon in my selling account. I am a private seller and they are all my daughter’s used toys so I have no documentation for any of them. I don’t understand why they are asking for paperwork for some Lalaloopsy toys but not others, and similarly for Monster High dolls.

I had the same today for 4 pc/dvd games.I followed the link in the email and they were all items sold ages ago and were inactive so I just deleted them.Nothing showing up on my account health page.

I get the odd email every now and again, and it is mostly for items I no longer have.

However, today I received one that led to 11 pages of 25 games, which is a significant part of my stock.

When I click on the Provide Documentation button it just returns an error message. I have opened a case, but I don’t think I am going to be able to supply any documentation - and I certainly can’t supply any until I know what they need. Can anyone remember what they aask for?

I have a feeling you have to send proof of being allowed to sell it (ha ha), or alternatively state that it is not being sold to children. I am wondering if it is the minimum age on toys, so in the meantime I am going through changing them all to 18.

I have previously tried to appeal the ‘brand violation’ type emails on the basis that I no longer have the item, but it is not a runner. You click the button, and there are only 2 choices, and neither are ‘I no longer sell this item’. You just lose the appeal, because you’ve not uploaded the information.
