Hi, Everyone just checking buy shipping prices of EVRI has increase dramatically

We dont use EVRI - but I thought that for the first month they put customers onto the maximum discounted price whilst they calculate your true shipping volumes - then month 2 is your rate based on the previous months performance?

Can I ask your experience using them for SFP?
Are they reliable?
We've had huge problems in the past with Evri so generally avoid them but the price difference vs RM is making me rethink.
