Anyone seeing higher returns/INR this week?

not even xmas yet and already hit with higher number of return requests and INR just this week alone had 4x the amount of requests we usually get.

  <p>Not sure about returns because Christmas tends to throw up all kinds of anomalies. However, for INR, that is pretty inevitable because so many items are snarled up in the system, especially with RM.</p>
