R&L Shipments hitting VTR - Proper Way to input fields?
Hello,
I noticed that every R&L LTL shipment we have hits our VTR. I have confirmed that the shipments are reaching their destination with the tracking number provided. With that being the case I think it has something to do with how we are filling out the Shipping Service free form field or the tracking ID itself that is making it so Amazon's system cant read it.
I have tried through support and SAS support, but I can't get an answer. Does anyone know what a valid input would be for the Shipping Service free form field for R&L? Additionally, R&L tracking IDs usually have an "I" in them. Do we include that or just the numbers?
Hopefully, another seller has this answer! Fingers crossed.
