Product Listing - Brand and Title Listing Hijack - Zero support from customer service

I know this isn't something new, but just wanted to point out and maybe get some involvement from Amazon.

Within the past few days someone has changed the title from 'Spade L - Chicken Ranch - 2 Pack' to 'Teeth Whitening Powder, Teeth Whitening, Whitening Teeth Against Tooth Discolouration, Effective in Strengthening Teeth and Gums, Fresh Breath (50 g)' and changed the brand to 'NANQUAN'. And then has the brand registered.

The picture and description was not changed. With the title and brand not matching the picture and description, should be an easy fix. Just looking to find an easier way to work with customer service on this.

Here is the ASIN for product. B07FN3YF3

Hi there @Seller_n2KUJ2Y2VfmMt

I'd love to be able to assist here!

For one, it looks like the ASIN may be missing one digit! Second, if you can follow the bellow steps and then send me the complaint ID that gets generated, I can investigate!

  1. Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature
  2. Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"
  3. We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.

I fully believe that Amazon creates fake "brands" such as NANQUAN to take over the sales of popular products. They do it to us all the time, more so in the last few months. We show all documentation proving we are an approved vendor but they deny it anyway. Theres another fake brand they use called Wuiil. If that one hasn't gotten you already, get ready, it will.
