Hi Everyone,
My account Under One Shop in CA marketplace got Deactivated due to IP VIOLATION. BUT i have now letter of authorization and detailed plan of action which I gave to amazon. The thing is that amazon is not Reading it. They telling me to submit LoA which I already submitted. They seem to send me same generic response again and again. My situation is getting worse and I am sleep deprived due To this. If this situation is not solved asap, I will be loose my health

Is your Loa from the brand, with Brand contact information, and authorizing you to retail their brand ON AMAZON?

Because to them, you showed that you are not following policies. That you listed products without authorization. If you had other brands listed, they will likely want to know if you listed those without authorization as well.
Amazon is not forgiving of certain mistakes. Offering you to provide a LOA isn't good enough if it doesn't show you didn't violate policy.

I see that your account has been deactivated for an intellectual property policy violation and you have questions about why your submissions have been continuously been denied.
So that I may look into this further for you, do you have any associated case ID's you can share? If so, please include them here and I will take a look.
I wanted to point out that @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI is correct. If the LOA is not able to be verified, or does not prove that you did NOT violate policy it may not be accepted to resolve your account deactivation. LOA is meant as supporting/dispute evidence to prove that you have not violated policy.

Thank you for following up on this.
We will request the same documents if the information provided does not meet our requirements or if the same document was previously rejected.
Due to how the brand or rights owner issued their complaint, we may require a letter of authorization to verify compliance that you are an authorized distributor with the brand itself.
Thirdly, Amazon says that "IF YOU BELEIVE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED IN ERROR, PLEASE TELL US HOW"
When I write the reason why I my account is deactivated in ERROR, AMAZON asks me to provide PLAN of Action mentioning ROOT CAUSES etc.
We are asking for you to clarify how this was in error if there is any ambiguity in the situation that requires clarification. We will not accept a plan of action with "root causes" as this identifies that a situation actually took place which would have been a violation of our policies. If that was the situation then the account would not be eligible for reactivation. At this point you will need to obtain a letter of authorization that meets all of our requirements from the brand or rights owner themselves that meets all of our requirements on the help page @LeviDylan_Amazon previously provided.
