Case pending for 55+ days
Amazon please give me a resolution. It has been pending for 55+ days. Seller support only gives a generic answer "the internal team is investigating". Please help me, its not even a complicated case

This lack of transparency and coordination is causing significant financial and reputational loss to our brand.
We are deeply disturbed by a recurring pattern we have observed: whenever our product starts performing well and reaches best-seller status, it is suddenly deactivated. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the process. We have reason to believe that there may be external influence or unfair practices involved, potentially from a competitor misusing internal connections.

We’re facing a very similar issue (Case ID: 11065499982) where our removal order was marked as picked up, fake tracking IDs were generated, and inventory worth $2,500 is now unaccounted for. It's been 7+ weeks and the only response we keep getting is “the internal team is investigating.”

it appears that the so called Internal Team of Amazon Seller is not competent to resolve the issue in due time. How can the sellers on Amazon sustain longer without timely resolution? Horrible.
