Customer Satisfaction.

At any point amazon is happy to give away our money and our product to keep their customers happy.

HOWEVER in your case you can not make people return items to your oversea address. Be aware that every return you have will not require the customer to return the items because of this. Did you not read that part of the EULA when you signed up and agreed to it?

Hi @Seller_Wa80PDFtlMIzi, you can file a customer return claim 60 days after the customer refund or replacement.

I'm going to do some more digging to see why this order isn't appearing in your reports.
