buyer's address provide an insufficient address

USPS tracking#: 9400111206239793134737. According to the tracking info provided by the post office, we shipped the order to the post office at the same day on Dec 6 when you placed it with us. On Dec 10, 6:10am attempt for Delivery but failed. On Dec 16, 6;10am attempt for delivery and failed for a insufficient address. Then it returned to us. And we issued full refund to the customer. on Dec14, the buyer left one star feedback.
The buyer provided an insufficient address which lead to the post office unable to deliver the order and returned to us, it's waste our time and cost our money, then we received this 1 star feedback when the item is still on the way to returning, which is unfairly impact our business!!!!

Did you purchase your shipping through Amazon? If so, Amazon is supposed to strike-through any feedbacks that are related solely to delivery.

In general Amazon will only remove feedback if it meets the requirements set by Amazon. If you used a protected shipping label you may be able to appeal for actions to be taken. Please create a new Case with Seller Support via your Feedback Manager . If you have an existing case I would recommend attempting to reopen it before making a new case.
