Read onlyAmazon removed our products from FBA UK by UPS and sent to wrong address in Bristol on 04.07.2024. Our assigned removal address is in Birmingham on Amazon Removal setup. From UPS Proof of Delivery, it states the wrong address in Bristol UK without receiver's signature. We submitted the claim by opening case and call Amazon so as to provide the evidence that Amazon made mistake. Unfortuantely we received the answer that the goods have been delivered. If we have not received the goods, it is our own fault.
We tried more than 20 times by opening case to appeal and it most of time had been connected to Indian support. They always mentioned for internal investigation with same standard reply that the goods had been delivered. They can not provide any other Proof of Delivery with any signature of receiver. Our Appeal has been declined because it is our fault.
We ask for justice for such bad support without getting help further. How should we do to get reasonable person for solution?

Don't mess around any more, you should have stopped after the second or third time reopening the case.
Small Claims Court - do it, it's easy peazy!
Unless the mistake with the address is yours, you will win.
