Trademark Misuse

Hi,
I am new on here, I have taken over a business account.
Previous owner had a lot of listings which now I keep getting Trademark misuse violatoins on.

For next steps, it gives me the option to edit. When I click edit, it just takes me to the listing.

How do I address the issue? It needs to be addressed by the 17th, and my account health is almost in red.

unfortunately they rebranded a lot of branded goods as their own - keeping the real brand names in the titles
are you able to amend the listings in your inventory ?

As a side note, did you buy / take over just the ebay and amazon accounts ?
Or did you buy stock, website, Facebook page and retail store too ?
