Hello, I currently get the following error

Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to re-verify your identity. You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.
- Information about your business, if applicable
- 1 government issued photo ID
- 1 bank account statement or credit card statement
- Business license, if applicable.
Please provide the following information to gain complete access
Reactivate Account
And when I click on Reactivate Account, I get the error "Something went wrong, please try again later." and cannot update information to reactivate. I tried to clear cache, use 3 different browers without getting past the same error.
I reached out to support [CASE: 17463689721] but I keep getting the same template answer that loops into the same error and it's frustrating and in need of a support from someone who will actually look into the issue.
