Hi guys,
After the new update to seller central - we are met with an error: unable to refund order through seller app. However I am on a laptop using a browser.
I have a few orders which need refunding. This is now the third day i am unable to refund customers. This is a huge issue and I have contact amazon via chat and phone.
On the chat I was told it was an issue for the developers to fix and it should be resolved in a few hours.
The issue was still unresolved the next day. I then requested amazon call me. They basically said they cant do anything to help and they cant process a refund.
They told me to reopen a case from the original chat and helped me write a message. This included a screenshot including the URl and timestamp.
Today amazon have replied to the case saying they cant help and i need to provide a screenshot.
I have resent the screenshot over and made it clear it was supplied in the first message.
I have no idea how to provide refunds for my customers who need them and this is going to result in a to z claims being opened against my account and affect our metrics.
Has anyone else had this issue and provide some insight on how to resolve it?
