We are UK based company and selling in UK marketplace only. Amazon was creating and uploading the invoices by “automated receipt generation”, but suddenly one day this was stopped by Amazon and we had to manually create and upload the invoice for all the business orders. During this time, Amazon was still making invoice for orders from Ireland by Amazon Services Europe S.a.r.L.

Now we are VAT registered and have just activated the Amazon's VAT calculation service, but I am informed that we need to create and upload the invoice by ourselves for orders from Republic of Ireland and other EU countries. Any ideas how to avoid this ?

I am beginning my Amazon seller journey and I am based in Northern Ireland, this means I will be operating from amazon.co.uk and my products will be viewed and purchased throughout the UK (GB & NI)

I would imagine my sales will be affected as there will be a longer lead time for delivery from NI to GB. I would imagine i do not want to rely on NI sales/orders only

As i will be using FBM for now, it is no problem for shipping either to GB or ROI but my query is, how do i advertise my products on amazon.ie (Republic of Ireland) so I can receive orders from all over Ireland to maximise my product sales?

I am not familiar with Amazon selling on international level or VAT and currency for this. As ROI is EU if I want to sell to ROI does this mean my sales are then eligible for all the EU?

In short, how can i market my products to Republic of Ireland only on top of my current UK account

I am based in Republic Of Ireland and planning to use FBM to sell on Amazon UK and other EU countries, just wondering if anyone can give me tips/thoughts on shipping.

Would you recommend using Amazon buy shipping or any other parcel/Courer service to ship within Ireland, to UK and other EU countries? Just looking at working out some estimates for shipping costs etc. Sizes of the products I will be shipping will fit in small parcel.
