I started making sales in August until now but the funds continue to be held in Account Level Reserve.
I'm fully aware that a certain amount of funds will be held to fulfill any returns or charge backs.
But it's hard to understand how I didn't receive ANY disbursement. It's been almost 3 MONTHS!
I've been opening multiple cases for the same issue but in response the guideline on Account Level Reserve is the only answer I received.
Do I just wait ? or is there something I could do to make sure of the disbursement

Can you share any of the support case IDs with me so that I can take a look at the funds issue. I do see your funds in account level reserve. Those funds are held in reserve to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any claims or chargebacks.
So you could have some orders that are subject to any claims, however if you can give me a case ID, I will be able to take a closer look.

you should check your email,there will be lawsuits chargeed or brand hired 3rd party for claim the violation.
