Transaction Reports
I am struggling to understand when a deferred invoice transaction moves to the repository report. An order from May 18 was in our Deferred Transaction report on May 27, with payment released on June 17, but it appeared in the Repository report on May 31. We use both reports to recognize monthly sales, but we noticed some orders are counted twice as they appear in both reports. We need to know the exact timing of when an order falls off the deferred transaction report and shows up in the repository report to avoid double-counting entries.
