Amazon's mistake removing the listing & reinstatement taking forever and no response from seller support

Amazon removed my listing due to an Amazon fault (they thought I was selling surgical face masks when in fact I am selling a button-pin badge and nothing to do with any restricted products!). It has taken them 2 weeks to figure this out after my MANY emails and chats.

Finally I got the response:

"I would like to inform you that we had escalated your case to our internal team and they informed us that the ASIN “B08H2BCYQ9” is compliant and has been reinstated.

Please be patient while this full reinstatement process takes place. If the ASINs detail page is still suppressed after 2 business days, please let us know."

I have tried to “let them know” that it’s been far longer that 2 business days and yet they still haven’t reinstated it. I am losing money daily.

I can’t seem to speak to anybody who understands or reads the history. All I get is repeated directions on how to apply to sell a restricted product (which this is not). Next to my inventory listing, the only option is to click “request approval” which seems to start the whole process all over again.

Please help, this is driving me crazy!
