Urgent Help Needed: Listing Flagged Due to Removed Image, Amazon Support Giving Vague Responses
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has faced a similar issue and can offer advice or insight.
We’re currently dealing with an ongoing issue where one of our listings was flagged by Amazon due to an image that contained outdated information. We’ve taken all necessary steps to comply with Amazon’s guidelines, including updating all images and revising our product listing.
Despite these actions, Amazon continues to flag our listing, and in their latest communication, they referenced the outdated image that we had already removed. The image no longer appears on the Product Detail Page (PDP) on our end, but it seems like it might still be present in Amazon’s backend systems.
My Questions for the Community:
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where an image that has been removed from the PDP is still being flagged by Amazon?
Is there a way to ensure that an outdated image is fully removed from Amazon’s backend systems? If so, what steps should we take?
We’ve been receiving vague responses from Amazon support, and they haven’t provided any clear guidance on resolving this issue. What can we do to escalate this issue and get better support?
We’ve already made several appeals to resolve the issue within Amazon support, but the responses have been unhelpful, and we’re still unsure how to proceed. Any advice or suggestions from those who have navigated a similar situation would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
