Have we missed the boat for DD7 pushback till Sept 25?
Hi everyone,
We only saw the request email to pushback the DD7 about a week ago, we applied but we hold little help of an outcome for our small family business. The Amazon email went to spam, and due to personal reasons I did not keep up with the forums either, thus I accept this.
This DD7 could result in us leaving Amazon for good. It seems about half of the payments due us are being held in perpetuity in Amazon`s own account.
I know we are all in the same boat. But, should I just shrug my shoulders and carry on, until we are forced to leave due to poor cashflow?
Thus, are we too late? Cheers.

I am not sure if there was a deadline for applying for the extension, though have a vague recollection it was end of November, in which case you have missed the boat !

Please don't worry mr_happy01, Amazon will be more than happy to loan you, a little of your own money, with just a percentage interest to pay. Sometimes when I think of Amazon's generosity, especially at this blessed time of year, it brings tears to my old glass eye.x

Following on your thread. If you received email with the extension proposition of the DD7 policy exclusion until September 2025 for your Amazon seller account, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email request from your Amazon email address to eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk
2. In the email, make sure to include your Merchant token. [This is a unique identifier for your seller account, and it's essential to include it in the email for proper identification and processing of your request]
3. Once you've sent the email with your Merchant token, Amazon will review your request and provide further instructions or assistance as needed. (there is no specific time frame on response)
