I need help with an intellectual property complaint.
I have an ASIN product on my shelf that is trademarked in Class 22. However, the brand of the same name is only registered in Class 20. However, the owner of the brand has filed a malicious complaint against my product, demanding that we take down products that are not covered by its brand, which is an unfair and unregulated means of competition. Who can provide assistance?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy yo assist. If you can provide a case ID, I would be happy to look into this for you. I just need a bit more information to research and most specifically which ASIN and in which store; usually I can grab this info from a case ID.
In the interim, I assume you have received a performance notification. account health violation or both and in that communication (or dashboard) are the steps to take to appeal the decision.
