Account Verification Advice

Hi Everyone,

Quick question around account holding we've recently been acquired by a larger business both us and this larger business now have an amazon account.

Although we have been acquired we are still a separate ltd company with a completely different address.

Does this mean we can both continue to hold separate Amazon accounts? The only link that I can think Amazon could make is the same beneficiary owners for both accounts?

If we stop being a separate legal entity and combine would this be the point to transfer the account & has anyone had experience of this and can they give any tips?
