Please help to remove the malicious customer review

I got a 1 star customer product review posted on my listing. I think the review should be removed because the review looks malicious to me. And the review violates the Community Guidelines.

I clicked on the 'Report' button next to the review, not sure if it will do anything. I also sent an email to community-help amazon.com, but did not get a response.

The buyer focused on attacking me, not on the product.

First, he put my store name on the title of the review. He only wants to defame me. He focused on the below 2 points that aren't allowed in Community Guidelines. Moreover, his statement is not true.

We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:

  • Sellers and the Customer Service they provide
  • Ordering issues and returns

Second, he said I lied about not receiving the return product and then attacked me. He contacted Amazon CS about the refund when the return package was still on the way on 9 July. The return is delivered on 10 July. I fully refunded the buyer on my own after I got and checked the return. Actually, he is telling lies. He falsely claimed this point to attack me saying " .....that company i will keep in mind i should never buy something from that shop again. that bad shop i could say. bad list".

I think he violates the Community Guidelines. Customer reviews do not allow "Sellers, Customer service, Orders and Return". He did not focus on the product. Only want to discredit me.

Third, he mentioned he used the item for about 10 to 15 min only. Then right away to return it. The item requires setting up before use. I tried to contact the buyer to help him after he opened the return case. But he didn't respond. The product is tested and working perfectly before I shipped it out. I tested the return product and it is working perfectly too.

Last but not the least, I suspect he is attacking me on purpose. He said he used the product for 15 mins only. Did not reply to my message when I tried to provide help. He not only returned the item right away, but also opened the A to Z claim immediately. He then left this malicious review a week later after I refunded him.

Please help to remove this malicious review. I am a helpful and responsible seller. I barely do not have business on this product after he left this review.
