Read onlyHi all, my product is due to be search suppressed on 03/01/2025 due to missing unit count, I have tried fixing this through the fix your products page and inputting the unit count and unit count type, when I click save it says submitted but I've been trying for days now and the listing isn't been updated - any advice?
The product is a 30ml bottle of fragrance oil, I've tried both combinations of unit count 30 with unit type millilitres and unit count 1 with unit type count but no luck.
Any advice please, I need this fixing as this is one of my main products, I have contacted seller support and been told to edit via flatfile but the excel templete I downloaded doesn't have these fields...
There does seem to be a problem with fixing search suppressed items at the moment. I had two that would not fix and the only way I got them sorted was by opening a case. After a couple of messages, they were sorted.
open a case - and after the usual rubbish reply ask again on the same case - - about 6 or 7 try's will usually get through to someone who can do it - don't give up asking

"The ASIN is search-suppressed due to missing Unit Count because this information isn't available in our catalog. Seller must submit a Full Update via Inventory file template (Unit_count attribute is available in the File)"
