My flat files keep having error code 5002
I have tried to get my case (15986337301) escalated, but nothing has happened. I am putting all the correct information into my flat file to change the category of a few of my listings. These particular listings were changed by Amazon without my permission. This is causing me to lose sales and money. I need my listings to all be under the same parent ASIN. Please help with this issue.
