Vine Product Reviews

So I submitted a couple of products on vine with the new promotional offer running. I knew it would be hit and miss with the feedback and I was prepared for it, however nothing prepared me for the first two I have seen…

The first one I have got back states that my product contains ‘Arsenic’ (?!?!?!) I can safely assure customers that it certainly does not contain arsenic, however there is no way to reply to product reviews on Amazon, and nor is there a way to request removal of them, so it looks like I am stuck with this dangerous misinformation, for who knows what reason would possesses someone to say such a thing on a free product review to damage a brand and small business so much, being 100% untrue.

Then on a seperate product, I got a 1 star review with the customer writing what they ‘guess’ the ingredients to be (not what they actually are on the label) and then going on to promote some other brand ?!? Again, sabotaging a small business who already made losses giving product away in the Vine, only to get reviews which are clearly not even truthful at all, with a hidden agenda.
