CE compliance documents rejected
I've been trying to submit compliance documents for this product: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0D76TWS9Q with the "model number" MC-22.
I have the CE cert and the test report direct from the manufacturer (see screen shots) but for some reason this is rejected by Amazon with following message:
(a) EC Declaration of Conformity - This document can be obtained from the brand owner, EU/UK importer or EU/UK authorized representative.
We kindly inform you that the EC Declaration of
Conformity must contain:
• Product Identifier (product image or model number or product description corresponding to provided product images)
• Toys Directive 2009/48/EC and/or other applicable directives
• EN 71-1: Mechanical and physical properties and/or other applicable EN standards
• Signature, full name, function of the signatory
I've checked and rechecked the documents multiple times but I can't see what's missing:
- the model number MC-22 is shown
- the CE cert is for 2009/48/EC
- it's been tested against EN 71-1 and other applicable EN standards
- the signature, full name and function of the signatory are present on the cert
So it seems to have all of the above four bullet points present and correct!
I've opened multiple support tickets; but I just receive the same response. (possibly automated?)
Can anyone help
