• Click on Get Help and resources

• Select 'My issue is not listed'

• Describe your issue and click on Continue

• Select a category or 'my issue Is not listed' if none of the categories apply

• Enter your Phone Number

Please remember that this service is only available to Sellers with a Professional Selling Plan.
