We have been experiencing this issue since Thursday with Buy Shipping Royal Mail Tracked 24. Ive had a case open and no one seems to know how to fix it. Having to print Off Amazon just so I can get the orders out.

Can you print via amazon shipping portal
Sorry just reread your last bit, I’d stick with ship amazon, its far less clunky than seller central and you can bulk print with pick slips

Does buying labels from ship.amazon comply with metrics? We are under the impression it fails buy shipping metric when doing in on that site

Well we usually use linnworks which is tied to seller central annoyingly and not amazon.ship.
Luckily we have amazon.ship and will print from there for now, but it takes 10x the time.
Not sure who to contact. I’ve opened a case.

Yes - they are simply not available on amazon seller central which is why Linnworks can’t print them.

We are having the same issue since yesterday afternoon. Amazon shipping disappeared from our integrator Veeqo, its really slowing us down having to go into Ship.Amazon interface. When I checked on Seller Central Amazon shipping has disappeared from the options when you select buy shipping.
I have contacted Seller Support.

By the way I noticed Amazon shipping is now back as an option in our buyshipping on our seller central so it may be resolved soon, however Veeqo still not allowing us to create shipments.

Just got this email
Dear Shipper,
You may have noticed that you were unable to purchase labels today, Tuesday, 15 November , from 8am-11:30am. This was due to a technical error that has now been resolved and your services have returned to normal. We can reassure you that you can now purchase and print labels, and your collections will go ahead today as planned.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.

Unreal! We have not sold anything that we have shipped for nearly a year, yesterday I reactivated all listings and thought I would give Amazon Buy Shipping a go… this morning went to process, purchased shipping then went it sent it to my Zebra printer nothing happened, I then tried to print my usual Click and Drop orders and nothing, thanks Amazon for yet more of my life I will not get back… at least I know it was not our fault now.

Remove this app and reinstall it again.
This time select the correct printing format.
If not go to your printer settings and select “Run the troubleshooter” it usually does the trick. Their printer software isn’t fit for purpose just like their mobile Amazonseller app.
