Single SKU, Pallet first time

Dear All,
Firstly thank you for taking your time and for assisting.

We are sending in pallets for the first time.
The situation is as follows

Pallet will contain only 1 type of product (1 SKU)
There are 6 units of this product in 1 case.
There are 700 cartons on 1 pallet.

When creating shipment, do we select everything in one box (stating within this there are 700 cartons and 6 units per carton)? and place the label of the box outside the pallet? Alongside the 4 sided pallet labels?

or…do we need to state there are 700 cartons, and each carton (smaller than a 6x4 label size) requires its own box label?

I thank you in advance for your assistance.

You can select case packed items, with 700 cartons, with 6 units per carton.

You will not need to put a sticker on each carton. Just 4 stickers for the pallet. One on each side.

I have been doing that for 2 years without any issues for single SKU, case packed items.

Be very careful with that advice. Every carton should have it’s own shipping label according to Amazon guidelines.

I send 3 pallets a month on average over past year and no issues. Only issue I have had is them asking for plastic holding straps to be removed before sending cases.

Strictly speaking each carton put on a pallet should have it’s own label.

The experience of @320_Coal and others indicate that this isn’t strictly enforced, which leaves it is an issue or risk management.
